Support Worker/Care Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team. As a Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Administering medication as required.
• Keeping accurate records of care provided.
• Reporting any changes in the patient’s condition to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker/Care Assistant is desirable.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and nights.
